DIA, a hidden gem among the vocalists, has created a sensation this February with Disney animation Frozen’s “Let it go”. Now she’s returning with her own song to captivate our hearts. So far, DIA has received a lot of love from fans with her mellow ballads, “It Rained All Day”, “Break Up for Me” (tvN’s Reply 1994 OST), “Don’t Leave” (KBS Immortal Songs), etc. This time, she’ll sing to us about a dreamy paradise.
DIA’s new song “Paradise” is a pop & musical type of a song that is different from the typical K-Pop. It features analog piano melodies and rich orchestral sounds. The lyrics are about “dreaming of paradise that may turn up somewhere, sometime in the routine lives of everyone” which make the listeners picture up “a girl walking alone one silent night.”
