FEFERITY returns with Afrobeat Party Upstairs at the Ritzy on the 11th of Oct 2014 with two fantastic British artists – SILVASTONE & VICKY SOLA.

SILVASTONE is an acclaimed musician with an international recording and producing portfolio. He has worked with the hottest artists on the Afrobeats scene such as Estelle, D’Banj, 2Face, Don Jazzy and Dr Sid to name a few. His songs appeared on the soundtrack of the multi-award winning documentary of Emmanuel Jal’s early life, War Child. In 2013 he was invited on the panel of the MOBO Awards. Silvastone now steps onto front stage where the spotlight is quite deservedly on the man himself with hits like #BusMaHead and Dansa.

VICKY SOLA has a powerful singing voice that has often been compared to Aretha Franklin. She started singing early and at 13 went onto dancing with girl group ‘Stylingquents’, who won the Dare2Dance competition in 2008. Vicky was featured in the London 2012 Olympic opening ceremony and was a Boot Camp finalist in the 2010 X Factor competition. Vicky creates a unique international ‘Afro-Brit’ sound emphasizing her upbringing as an African born in the UK. Vicky Sola was one of the stars in Oliva Tweest, an Afrobeat musical written by young Hackney playwright Nana Duncan and directed by Yinka Ayinde.
Come and be part of an amazing evening of joyous atmosphere and upbeat Afrobeat tunes!
